My boutique training means that you can learn Reiki without having to wait for a scheduled class as I specialize in teaching one to one. This also cuts down the length of time spent in the workshop.....ideal if you are looking for a flexible option.
Reiki is taught in the traditional style and with my lineage back to Mikao Usui of less than 10 Masters, you are assured of a quality training and ongoing support. I also teach to small groups and these are limited to no more than 6 at any one time.
It's a great way to contribute to your own ongoing health and wellbeing as well as the health and wellbeing of family and friends.

I offer Reiki training to all levels, specializing in Reiki for the Allied Health practitioner, Coach or Counsellor. Each training is tailored to suit the client's needs whilst retaining tradition. Reiki is ideal to use with hypnotherapy or coaching as in supports both you and your client at a deeper level. It is also very suitable for teachers to use in their classrooms.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy system that heals body mind and spirit. Reiki can be used successfully to treat both physical and emotional conditions. The two Japanese characters or Kanji (Rei + ki) mean ‘spiritual energy’.
Used in hospitals throughout the world as an adjunct to medical treatment, Reiki leaves the client relaxed and the energy often helps to resolve emotional and physical issues in a caring and compassionate way. In Australia, Reiki is used as a complementary health treatment at the Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital in Perth.
Level One enables you to use Reiki immediately.
You are shown basic hand postitions for treating yourself and others and I would suggest that you work with this for a couple of months to become familiar with the energy before progressing to Level Two. Having said that, there is no formal time frame to study Reiki. You progress when you are ready. Basic anatomy and physiology are taught at Level One.
Level Two enables you to work with clients at a much deeper level. At this level you can work by proxy and at a distance. Most insurance companies require you to have Level Two training if you are going to be using Reiki as part of your business. Basic anatomy and physiology are refreshed, along with metaphysical explanations, and there is training in taking cases, management of client files and marketing your business.
Level Three takes you to a new level of mastery. Often a personal journey, you as the practitioner will integrate all that you have learned and experienced. A regular meditation practice is expected at this level and students are expected to do 2 case studies.
Teacher Training is available to those who are committed to practising Reiki on a daily basis. The training takes approximately one year but can vary with each student. There are supervised sessions to allow you to get feedback and support as you embark on your teaching career.
