Anxiety

Anxiety has many forms – it can be transient or it can be debilitating. Anxiety can be a side effect of a number of medical conditions and even a side effect of some medications.

Symptoms can include:

  • shallow or rapid breathing
  • feeling faint or dizzy
  • feeling sick
  • palpitations

After the initial Discovery Session, you will come away from your sessions with various tools to help you to manage your anxiety. These may include simple breathing exercises, a HeartMath assessment, Hypnotherapy and coaching.
